They are all trained to standards of our manufacturers, which means your machine will always be compliant with current regulations and maintained to the manufacturers’ specifications.

Routine Servicing & Maintenance

We provide a variety of regular service and maintenance packages. These are designed with our unrivalled expertise within the construction industry to help you stay compliant, and keep the job moving smoothly with minimal downtime.

• On demand – you call us to book in any work or inspections you may require
• On demand routine service – sign up for our service reminder programme and we’ll contact you to help you keep on top of your service obligations
• Maintenance contracts – set up a contract and we’ll take care of your specific needs by pre-booking the work based on your machine and what it’s used for. This will be fulfilled by monthly direct debit, as opposed to an invoice as per the packages above.

Emergency Repairs

As a part of what sets us aside from other local construction dealers, we can provide highly-skilled maintenance and repairs – including a 24-hour emergency breakdown service – for our full product range – including all parts and accessories.

Should you have a problem, we carry out 95% of all repairs on site – with our emergency breakdown team who can be with you within four hours of callout during normal working hours. It’s our mission to get your machine back on track quickly and effectively.

Compliance

We can ensure your machine complies fully with all regulations up until its delivery to you. Once you start using it, you are responsible for all legal and regulatory inspections, alongside ongoing maintenance and servicing.

There are regulatory inspections which must be conducted at regular intervals. For forklift and access platform equipment, we offer an Annual LOLER Inspection. This is a LOLER-approved thorough examination every 12 months for vehicles under eight years old, increasing to every six months for older forklifts or forklifts using a man basket or access platforms.

As Thorough Examination Competent Persons’, our engineers are fully qualified to carry out these inspections.

Extended Warranties

Extended Warranty Packages are available in addition to our servicing options. You can choose to extend your warranty term by paying up front and purchasing in annual modules.
