We carry out 95% of all repairs on site – with our emergency breakdown team who can be with you within four hours of callout during normal working hours. It’s our mission to get your machine back on track quickly and effectively.
We can ensure your machine complies fully with all regulations up until its delivery to you. Once you start using it, you are responsible for all legal and regulatory inspections, alongside ongoing maintenance and servicing.
There are regulatory inspections which must be conducted at regular intervals. For forklift and access platform equipment, we offer an Annual LOLER Inspection. This is a LOLER-approved thorough examination every 12 months for vehicles under eight years old, increasing to every six months for older forklifts or forklifts using a man basket or access platforms.
As Thorough Examination Competent Persons’, our engineers are fully qualified to carry out these inspections.
Extended Warranty Packages are available in addition to our servicing options. You can choose to extend your warranty term by paying up front and purchasing in annual modules.
